We are a family run award winning business who love seeing the kids laugh, smile and have lots of fun while learning a sport that promotes a healthy, active lifestyle!

School aged children only

All levels welcome to join, must have basic swimming skills (float on back etc)

Itinerary

We run three one-hour sessions each Sunday

8:40am
10am
11:20am

There is a maximum of 8 participants in each session

Our coaches are up early to assess conditions and will notify participants of location via text by 8am (either North Wall, Jetty Beach or Gallows Beach).

Arrive 10 minutes prior to start to be fitted in wetsuit etc.

What's included?

Surf Instructors & Equipment

Learn everything surfing in a safe fun environment including, technique, wave selection, surf safety, surf rescues, identifying rips, currents and assessing conditions at local beaches. We have soft boards, rash shirts and wetsuits, if you have your own feel free to bring it along.

Frequently Asked Questions

I have never surfed before, can I join?

‍Yes our coaches are there to keep you safe and build confidence in the water, whilst having fun and learning new skills.

Can I bring my own surfboard?‍

Yes, if you have a board you are welcome to bring it. We will always have one of ours on hand if you need it.

What happens if the waves are too big or conditions are not suitable?

We are always checking the conditions and making sure it is safe to operate classes. If we think it is not safe to operate we notify participants that the session has to be postponed. We will make up any missed sessions that we have to cancel at a later date.

What if I miss a session because we are away?

‍We do not offer catch up lessons if you are not able to attend, unless we have to postpone due to unfavourable conditions.
