This experience is for people of all ages and abilities.

Day 1 - Arrive from 3pm onwards (airport transfers included)
Gather and be welcomed upon arrival with grazing treats taking in the epic views of our unspoilt coastline and get to know your fellow women adventurers!
Breathe in the salty air with a freshly made light dinner and listen to the waves roll in as you dream about the awesome day to follow.
Wake up refreshed and be treated to a delicious breakfast to start you off right for our first surf together!
Learn how to surf or get some expert tips from our certified instructors at one of our many local breaks. All that surfing will give you a mammouth appetite so back to the beach house to replenish yourself in a homemade healthy lunch.
The afternoon is yours! Take your pick... Chill at the beach, kick back at the house on the verandah, explore the quaint little village of Sunny Sawtell browsing boutique stores or taking advantage of the excellent coffee.
You may feel ambitious and want to keep surfing so feel free to grab a board and catch some more waves or try a SUP and explore Bongil Bongil National Park on Bonville Creek. The choice is yours.
Reset and finish the day by immersing yourself in a restorative evening yin yoga session at The Yoga Shack and nourishing yourself in a healthy evening meal shared with new friends and laugh about the day.
Kick off the day with another enjoyable breakfast and a morning full of fun surfing with our awesome coaches, then swap the salt for the fresh and tie up those laces because we are headed for the mountains to explore waterfalls amongst World Heritage Gondwana Rainforest in Dorrigo National Park.
Fill your lungs and broaden your smile hiking though this incredible ancient rainforest and be treated with a picnic at the finish line.
We return to Sunny Sawtell for a relaxed evening reflecting on our adventures over dinner together.
Wake up with the sunrise and salute the sun with an early yoga session followed by a yummy breakfast to get you going on our last lot of waves together!
Finally one last epic lunch and say goodbye to our new found sisters...until next time!!! Airport transfers available.
Learn everything surfing in a safe fun environment including, technique, wave selection, surf safety, surf rescues, identifying rips, currents and assessing conditions at local beaches. We have soft boards, rash shirts and wetsuits, if you have your own feel free to bring it along.

Ive never surfed before…..does that matter?
Absolutely not. Our surf coaches can accommodate to your ability, whether you have never surfed before or are just wanting to improve your surfing ability.
Whats the best way to get to Sawtell?
Coffs Harbour is home to an airport with daily flights from Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.
If travelling by car, a trip to Sawtell will take approximately 6 hours from Sydney and 5 hours from Brisbane. Alternatively there is also bus and train transport and we can collect you from the station or the airport.
Can you cater to my dietaries as I prefer to eat gluten free and am lactose intolerant?
Yes our caterer Chelsea is a wiz in the kitchen and tailoring to your needs is absolutely no problem at all.
I'd like to join you in winter... can I still surf?
Definitely. The Coffs Coast boasts a pretty mild winter with both the air and water temperature staying quite comfortable.You will be fitted with a full length Roxy wetsuit to keep you nice and snug.
What happens if i cant get there due to Covid?
We understand that we are all sailing through difficult waters which is why we offer a flexible cancellation policy due to any covid related travel restrictions.
